Creating an Accounting Ticket

Answering Accounting Tickets

  • Click "Compose an answer"
  • Confirm the email address
  • Compose an answer
  • If you mark "Internal" the message will not go to the client
  • Click "Open" if you want to keep the ticket status open
  • Click "Responded" if you are waiting on a response from the client
  • Click "Closing" if you want to change the status of the ticket to closed
