Creating an Accounting Ticket
- Go to accounting.artistrymarketing.com
- Enter Name: Customer
- Enter email address of the customer
- Enter as much information as possible.
- Click Submit
Answering Accounting Tickets
- Click "Compose an answer"
- Confirm the email address
- Compose an answer
- If you mark "Internal" the message will not go to the client
- Click "Open" if you want to keep the ticket status open
- Click "Responded" if you are waiting on a response from the client
- Click "Closing" if you want to change the status of the ticket to closed
