Conference Call

  1. Call the first person.  Tell them you are going to transfer them to the meeting room line.
  2. Transfer them to ext. 290.
  3. Call the second person.  Tell them you are going to transfer them to the meeting room line.
  4. Transfer them to ext. 290.
  5. Repeat this process until all parties are transferred in meeting room.
  6. Then dial ext. 290.
  7. Press 1 to enter the meeting room.
